Structuring deals through multiple commercial models (Spot Sales, Annual Supply, Long-Term Offtake). We carefully address technical specs, quantities, inspection mechanisms, shipping, and risk management in our contracts.
Managing the integrated commercial process including inland transport, warehousing, port handling, inspection, and loading, while developing maritime logistics solutions (FOB, CFR, CIF) suited to international trade terms.
Adopting a strict methodology for quality verification through sampling and chemical analysis, relying on independent international inspection companies (e.g., SGS) to issue Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Applying the highest compliance standards through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, sanctions screening, bank verification, and commercial capacity assessment to protect all parties.
